BTW, this method will still result in having to enter the password (the password to the email that was used when the original startup was initiated) after the reset or your phone will be locked out.

I follow the instruction until I see a large exclamation mark, when I press the volume up the exclamation mark disappear it didn't wait for me to finish press the volume donw, power and volume down... and then continue to open as usual... Please Help, I need my phone...

My phone is failing to turn on. It viberates and viberates but doesnt boot. I have tried this method but the phone doesnt stay on long enough to even press the Down Power Down combo at the exclaimation mark. The battery is completely full the one time I got it to boot up normally, but then it just shuts off.
