First of all, YOU create your own reality, there’s no God or force outside of you controlling your free will and dictates what you need, want or desire. The lower fractal of consciousness, the soul that resides in your physical body dictates and moves the path forward in life. It always has the free will to choose whatever it wants to experience. We, as a fractal of source energy are the multiverse, every possibility, every timeline exists simultaneously. I would ask you this: have you been going to therapy, have you identified your attachment style, have you begun healing your attachment style, have you begun healing your brain and regulating your nervous system, have you learned about the dynamics within yourself and the relationship that attracted you in the first place, have you learned why you are attracted to that, have you looked at your core values, have you looked at your self-worth, have you begun meeting your core needs, do you know what those are, have you taken physical action to shift your reality, have you taken psychological action to shift your reality (internally processing what happened and understanding your part in accepting it), have you looked at subconscious reprogramming techniques, have you tried hypnotherapy, have you identified the traits of a healthy person, have you embodied those traits and practiced them daily, have you surrounded yourself with people who embody those healthy traits, have you learned to identify unhealthy traits, can you spot the difference easily, and can you trust yourself (if not, have you begun the process of repairing the relationship with yourself and rebuilding self trust). These are some (not all) of the questions I would ask myself (have asked myself) post abusive relationship. You’re on the road to recovery, getting out was the first and most crucial step, but it’s a very small portion of a much longer road. I hope this helps, sending love to empower you in your healing❤️
