Everything worked great with the high cost of water in California it was costly to flush. when in that year my Dad worked at in a top-secret Testing Laboratory where my Dad worked that day. He brought home a New and water saving device Fluidmaster 400a'. You could use your old 4 1/2 gal toilet flush and convert to a 1 1/2 gal flush in less than 5 min time. It would flush the same and be easy to install. It saved a lot of money in a year's time. As for today, trying to keep it clean and save time and money is a little harder. Hard water is a Problem' So I found Spray Bleach from Walmart, every time I use it. Spray a little bleach in the Bowl.
