August, I so appreciate your videos. I usually don't comment, but I feel the need to just do a bit of a PSA. For people who have had covid, no matter your age or health status, please have a follow up physical exam at least 1-3 months afterwards. Even if the illness resolved well as with LunaLux, and your case was "mild". A covid infection is a big deal. Your doctor should be well aware about the possible risks post-infection. It's best to get a complete blood panel (including glucose levels to rule out an onset of diabetes) as well. I'm sorry if my comment detracts from the positive vibe, but this is an important issue. August has a very big following, and if at least 1 person will benefit from this comment it will be worth it. Unfortunately, this is the reality of covid. Please have a follow up exam with your doctor if you have had covid. I'm not in medicine, but I follow the research regarding this very closely.

I know it’s just a role play but quick fyi, it’s real dangerous to check both carotid artery pulses at the same time. It can cut oxygen going to the brain. Again i know it’s role play but just for future reference if you ever actually press on the carotid, one at a time please.
