    Hai Friends, welcome back to jolys kitchen. Today we are going to make Tasty Fish Curry.
    Adding Kukum star gives special taste for this fish curry recipe. Let's Move to the video.
    PREPARATION
    1) In a bowl take 1 kukum star cut into small pieces. Add 2 Cups of hot water and 2 tsp Salt. Mix it well. Soak it for 20 minutes. Keep aside for later use.
    2) In a pan take 4 tablespoon 🌀 Oil and heat it. When the oil is in hot, add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds. After mustards seeds splutter, keep it medium flame and add 2 inch size Chopped Ginger, 10 Chopped Garlics. Saute it for 1 minute.
    3) Now add 15 sliced shallots and saute it for 5-6 minutes on medium flame untill it becomes light golden color.
    4) The color has changed. Now keep it low flame and then add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder, 2 tablespoon 🌀 Chilli Powder , 1 tablespoon 🌀 Kasmiri Chilli Powder. Mix it well. Cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame.
    5) Then add Kukum Star along with soaked water. Change to high flame and cook untill it starts boiling. When it starts boiling add 500 grams of Fish Cut into medium pieces. Add 2 springs of curry leaves. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
    6) After 10 minutes open the lid. Don't stir after cooking, it will break the pieces into smaller one's.
    7) Switch off the flame. Our special tasty Fish curry recipe is ready. Adding Kukum star gives special taste for this fish curry recipe.
