If you want to "restore" your hair, use Garnier Nourshing shampoo, i think thats how you spell it, but it really helped my friend's and my beached hair.
Avoiding heat, wearing colours in a layer order (palest colour you want to wear first, then dye it darker to avoid rebleaching when possible) deep condition at least once a week, avoid heat + use an old cotton t-shirt to dry hair instead, n be realistic abt hair texture etc post-bleaching

If you notice, I didn't bleach the part I shaved off. I had bleached all of it months prior, but this time I only redid the parts I kept :)
