Very good video mate extremely helpful no one else has a PRV replacement video on utube On the viessmann boiler , they are an absolute dream to work on very easy access to everything. you should do more videos
Brilliant Video! I have to replace a PRV and expansion vessel on a Viessman 100 W tomorrow and thought I’d type it in to see if there was any information. This is superb with so many good tips and handy points (especially the Allen key trick and reverse action on the PRV locking clip) I am so happy. Thank you 😀
Before pumping, I'd let some air out just to see. I've had a little water come out but it didn't need replacing. If the customer calls again and you pump but it's flat then it might have a small hole in it that takes a while to go flat

Werry helpful video. What air pressure should be in the expansion tank ?
Too good!! :) thank you
10/10 should make more videos
I've got a lot lined up just waiting for spare time to edit.. Cheers
How do you top these boilers up? I have the exact same setup
if the expansion has water does it mean it needs replacing or could just need to be pumped to see if all ok.
