Easy Paper Flowers & Romantic Card Tutorial

Are paper flowers easy to make? Of course! I will show you today the easiest technique for creating paper flowers that look just amazing! I will use these flowers on the romantic card I'm also making in this tutorial. These flowers are great as they can be done in a few minutes in the sizes and colours you need for your card, album, or other project.
