Bro my itachi v1 not insta cast. Inst cast rate= 3/10 so i ask doubt to some youtubers they said put gaara kage or hashi v1 in final but i don't have hashi and gaara kage but i have stl.I put stl with itach v1 but again itachi was inconsistent so solve my problem bro please 😢
