C/C# Major those scales are warlike and have really great energy
try all the scales, try different chords, experiment w it
Agree w both Young Valdez and Wolf. C/C# major is hard/aggressive, def one of my favs for hard beats. But also try and experiment as much as possible, just go with what feels hype/amps you up when you hear it. The scale is only one part of the equation, the sounds/presets you choose as well as the drums play a big role too
Phyrgian and Harmonic minor are more niche but very effective scales for this type of beat. Putting an 808 on the root and swapping between the flattened second works best for wlr beats.

@@DreenoBeatz i would suggest you checking out Ample Metal Eclipse free authentic guitar vst great for narcissist intros and in general distorted guitar beats , its way better than fl slayer the sound is literally like someone playing electric guitar
