Nephew is a GOD at this game. I only recently got into Street Fighter because I was more of a Mortal Kombat person but his guides have helped me so much!
Made the same jump a few years ago, it is so hard for me to go back to NRS games, they feel so limiting and clunky after playing SF. Except MKX that game is perfect
@@jellofan1578 it's the same for me but reversed. It feels weird playing this game right now because it's not as simple as combo strings and special moves. There's timing and strategy involved so much, not to mention the motion controls. MY GOD THE MOTION CONTROLS. But, I have mastered some charge characters and done some pretty long combos with some characters.
@K4tsy 2 or 3 hours is not a lot of time. No student anywhere should have that problem if your priorities are straight you can find the time. Skip a party...
Hey, Nephew you think in the future you could make a Yuri 101 guide breakdown video similar to how Punkdagod did for his Canmy & Diaphone did for his Kimberly? I've really been enjoying your Road to Master series and I'm maining Juri myself trying to learn her as best I can. However, I and probably other Juri players really want to learn the most optimal damage combos + strings using the Feng shui engine (level 2 super & stocks).
Hit the training grounds my friend! Just practice your lvl 2 and see what strings. If you aren't already familiar, you can hold your face button after activating lvl 2 and she rushes forward starting a combo.
Awesome video, I'm learning lots as an old player that's new to fighting games. Random question tho: Have you just never bothered to change your title from the default Let's Do This! ? Would be cool to see you sport one for Juri, she's my favourite so far.
Hi neph, I'm just curious about the routes you choose. I see you go for C. HP > MP > C. MP > DR > repeat until you get to burnout instead of keeping some gauge and ending early with EX QCF HK/MK. Is this just for damage? At first I thought you were just trying to end rounds, but I've seen it when there was no chance of ending the round either. Just curious about these decisions and if I should maybe start going that route

I'm so confused how Nephew manages to go into lvl 3 super from light dp every time. The speed is immaculate and I would love some tips if anyone has any :D
The dp input flows into the super input, the quarter circle from the dp acts as the 1st quarter circle in the super, so all you actually need is 1 quarter circle forward to get the super cancel

The routes he's doing are for optimal damage, but it's probably a mistake if he burns himself out without ending the round.
