God has blest us soooo much in our fellowship with Fr Mike and the daily sessions of the Bible and the Catechism. This is my third year in the Bible with him and it is always new and wonderful. The time I have spent here has increased my faith and knowledge of the Word immensely and yet I am still a babe in the way. As Christians, the Holy Spirit is equally present in each one of us, but each of us is not equally aware of His Presence. We need to cultivate and nourish this awareness through a personal relationship with Him in prayer. May we all seek to know Him better, love Him more and serve Him well through Scripture, the Sacraments (Confession and Eucharist) , and Sacrifice (Mass, Alms Giving, Fasting, and Service). 💒

"These are God's words of love for me." When I began BIAY, I was so overwhelmed by this reality. I heard it in your reading The Word, in your summary and all of what you said. I shared that with everyone I spoke to. It became more personal than most anything I've ever experienced. And now toward the end and almost wrapping it up you're saying it. I'm hardly able to articulate how much and to the nth degree that it has impacted my living, being, my soul. It's just awesome! What more can I say? God has given this gift to me. I'm not going to waste it. I will continue and my husband said he's interested in it. When I complete the intense study this time I will begin with Day 1 and continue each, 1 day as my study of God's Word, until I am no longer able to study or listen to it.🙏 Thank you. My most difficult thing to accept in Catholicism was relics. I knew about them as Protestant but didn't label them as such. Second class relics were fine with me but first class relics kind of freaked me out but they're crucial to the alter to which I bow in the veneration of the saint especially those martyred and reverence to the Sacrifice of the Alter of Jesus Christ. We will hear more of this in Revelation brothers and sisters so make it a point to remember the second class relics of St Paul, his aprons and handkerchiefs used in his vocation as a tent maker.
