- With that, I'd like to wrap up my 2nd year as a Knitwear Design Student at Nift Kolkata. This year was special because it taught me new things and lessons, introduced me to new people and most importantly gave me opportunities and experiences of a lifetime.
From my Outbound Trip with KD classmates to going to Delhi for BharatTex to closely volunteering for several events like orientation, convocation, spectrum, final year jury, I got the privilege to experience it all and I can't thank you enough.
NIFT really does change your life and you as a person. Forever grateful for this year, the people, the learnings, the fun and the memories. Can't wait to experience what's in store for us next year.

Di what is in jury? And how many days it will conducted and it's result declared?
Jury is basically final examinations at the end of each sem. We sometimes get time between the juries and sometimes it's one after another. The results are mostly declared in the next month following the jury

Go for any gaming laptop with a good graphic card that can easily and smoothly run adobe softwares, mine is Asus
Ma'am could please tell about stationary materials needed for bftech students.
A few of the stationaries needed in the first sem for bft Students are L scale, T scale, normal big scale, wooden board, the sect triangles of geometry box, pattern papers (available in nift shop), measuring tape, draping pins, hip curve and other stitching things in second sem

Actually I have recently passed my class 12 examination and I wanted to study in nift but the admission got closed in Feb and I couldn't apply this year. So I am looking to apply for nift for the year 2025 and my aim is also nift kolkata. So can you please guide me. I don't know which coaching should I join. I watched your video of the qna but I am still not clear what should I do. Please can you suggest me some good coaching and for the test what and how should I prepare.😊
@@yugagarwal1765 hi, I studied at BRDS, Kolkata and it was the best decision ever because they guide you from starting till the end. You can join even in july this year so please check them out on google or maybe visit brds Kolkata which is in maidan

Boys hostel is not available in nift Kolkata. Boys have to look for pgs or flats
