Yes, you can. Investing $80,000 in the S&P 500 at an 8% annual return will grow to about $805k in 30 years. Financial advisors can achieve 10-15% returns, so do your research and consider consulting one.

The parts where you try to point out negatives of Trumps policies are like “tell me your biggest weakness”, and the answer is “I love too much”. No real substance or criticism. No mention of core economic policy issues like entitlements, national debt, affordability on either side. This was the David Muir of podcast hosts this time around. Not down with capital gains going from 20% to 28%. Unrealized gains...nope, its dumb. Income tax started with the rich, and then filtered down to all of us. Taxing to help out others is welfare. It has never worked effectively to inspire personal and economic growth.

Taxing to help out others is welfare? So things like roads, physical infrastructure, etc. only help out poor people? And why bother educating all people (screw public education funding) when the rich can afford private school. Let's just let them run everything and the rest of the people in the country can start working as soon as they are 5 years old. I'm sure plenty of red states would love the addition to the labor market, and we wouldn't have to pay any taxes for programs that support lazy indigent children.
