Thanks Lou, it’s a great little truck. I wish I had a dirt track of my own. My parents have property but I don’t get out there as much. Our local Rc tracks are closed here so I can’t go over there and run the dirt tracks.

Mine q901 pro oficili with oil filled shocks upgraded and 1 10 tires and Electronic upgrade surpass it goes on the stock batery 54.1kmh on the meilan mini gps

@@BIGDRONEFLYER77RC upgrade the shocks on your car and tires on the q901 stock it wil go than 43kmh with a increase diameter Tire the truck can handle it with no problem it s much more fun than the stock tires
Also a motor upgrade should also be faster with a higher kv
Than if the shocks and esc and receiver upgraded it is oficili hobby grade

They’re just oil filled shocks and I apologize for the late reply. I’m just getting over beating an illness that was causing cancer. I’m rehabilitating now so I can get back to my channel hopefully this summer. I’ve been gone for two years. I do appreciate you stopping. bye those oil shocks I can’t remember the size of them offhand but you can’t find them anywhere from Amazon to eBay.. you also can open up the shocks you have now and put a little bit of fifth wheel grease inside them and they’ll help stiffen the suspension for now. Hi, I would like to know if you can limit the maximum speed or if the only choice is between low and high speed. Is setting the slow speed manageable or is it too fast for a kid? Thanks everyone for the help.
Thanks for watching, I appreciate it. There is only a high and low switch. Low speed still has a lot of speed, but still manageable. This truck is really durable and can take a bashing. I would buy some Loctite for the lug nuts, they will back off. I use the blue loctite so you can still be able to loosen the lug nuts, the red loctite will be a pain. I forgot to ad some blue loctite when I put the paddle tires on. I lost the nut and pin when the rear tire came off. Just a tip for ya if you buy one or getting ready to run one you my of bought. I purchased a 9125 that claims 46km brushed dual motor. (28km actual)
Seems ok but many things failed. (9yr old driver) 5mins in snapped a shock.😒 15mins in tire fell off🤨 next try was body was destroyed. Now the front axle broke…. Truck has 3hrs on it. 4charges. Maybe this one is better???
Just depends on how hard you want to bash it. I break everything I drive, and had to start buy Traxxas products. Just depends on what you can afford, this is a great truck and parts are cheap. Just still will break if your too hard on it, but I have beaten mine up and it’s still going. I haven’t ran it on my ramp yet.
Against XLH 9125 with possible for upgrades, which one dou youtube prefer? What are the main different?
The 9125 is 1/10 scale and has duel brushed 390 motors. The Q901 1/16 scale with brushless motor. I prefer the Q901 with the brushless motor. Both rc trucks have lots of upgrades and modifications available. There both are very popular and you can find a lot of Facebook rc groups for these trucks.

Which oil filled shocks can I use
I would measure the shocks, but it should be any 1/16 scale oil filled shocks. I haven’t had a chance to do this myself, I’m having health issues and been away from TH-cam at the moment. Thanks for watching and have a great weekend.

Why they claim 40mph?
The manufacture likes to claim 40 miles an hour, but they don’t tell you that was on 3S lipo battery. Some companies also change the gearing on rc trucks as well. That’s why I like testing the speed, but I don’t recommend 3s. The ESC could easily burn out. Thanks for watching and have a great weekend.
