The stunning thing is that not only did Carol have a boyfriend but that she was cheating on him. That makes at least two men met her and said "oh hell yes". Absolutely mind boggling there's actually two on a single planet.
When he said his grand mom raised him, it made sense why they was so concern and they knew something was suspicious, because Patricia isn't just their grand mom but she was like their mother and raised them and no amount of a money dispute would've made her stop communicating with them. I work in a crime/aligned field and I'm haunted by some of the images I have to VIEW. I can't imagine if I had to SMELL and SEE these things IN PERSON. I'd be a basket case. These officers don't get enough credit for not letting these things effect their families. I've had days where I just need quiet time and don't want to interact with anyone for a bit (after work). I'm lucky not to have children at home. It's not like you can tell kids "mommy doesn't wanna play with you because she saw a dead body in a trunk today and needs a little timeout...go play".
They definitely let it affect their families. It's not uncommon for police officers to be abusive, and their partners have a hard time reporting the abuse to anyone.
I like the way this channel reveals the crime. It is pretty thorough without hours and hours of every single detail. There is just enough for the watcher to understand what happened in the crime. Too often these types of crime channels will drag on and that is fine too. I just don't want to sit through every little detail of a crime. Very well done and you have earned my subscription!
Agreed. Sometimes other channels will give you all the tiny miniscule details that are sometimes irrelevant to the actual case. Really makes you lose interest in finishing the video when it's 1½-2 hours long

To be fair, that tends to happen with certain missing persons reports. Especially adult men; a single man or divorced father can end up face down in a shallow grave somewhere, and police will sometimes just shrug and say, “Eh, he’s allowed to be missing, he’s an adult.” Happens more often than you’d think.

It's not guilt. Sociopaths don't feel guilt. She's just realizing her game is over.
I’m so impressed with the grandsons. I hope they are doing well and the little girl is also. RIP Patricia!!
"....things get kind of wonky with her." And I thought we aussies were the masters of the understatement.
I like most of your competitors, too, but you sir, make the best ones. I watch it in a home theatre setup and your videos don't only look, but also sound awesome.
Thanks for the awesome content and all that work you put in!
Please elaborate on this home theater set up? It sounds awesome
@@metallicstarlafr I need to get one
@@JamieReynolds89It's not that deep.
She hasn't been in this house for months... Yes she has.😮
This may be the most well produced true crime channel ive seen. They piece all the details together perfectly.
This and Explore With Us are great channels
@8:18 the Takis girl's gasp 🤣 I CANNOTTTT
She looks evil as soon as she opens the door
The cop assuming the grandson was reporting bc he felt he was “entitled” to his grandmas money and not bc he was worried his mom had done something to his grandma was absolutely unreal 💀
He was sussing out if there was any merit to Carol's side of the story, chill
@@WengehNah. Later he continues referring to their possibly dead grandmother in the most nonchalant way.
he “assumed” that because carol said that he and patricia weren’t talking bc he was acting entitled to the money
Yeah my family has treated me the same way. I got kinda pissed about it when I talked directly to my grandma about it and found out I was literally the only family member doing labor around her property for any of the help I was asking which hasnt added up to even 1k total over 10 years. Meanwhile literally every other family member has scrounged at her for more than that on single occasions. Im just mad at the nerve the rest of my family has to claim Im the swindler out of all of us when it couldnt be more backwards. Ive even directly stated if Im on anyones inheritance or insurance they can remove me and I wouldnt know or care the difference as I never expected any to begin with. All Ive asked Ive asked to work for.
😂😂that’s not farfetched at all
This is absolutely heartbreaking. Poor Patricia. I can't imagine what John is going through right now. I hope they throw the book at Carol.
Love the production with the bodycams. I've seen many interrogation vids but the build up was like a movie. I thought it was done with her arrest but there's more.
Great stuff
Keep it coming
Her shirt says it all: "Thou shall not try me." She is evil.
I was wondering what it said I thought it said Meth
@@jamaicasky that's the one she should have bought.
It's a Shein one. I had the same one for work lol
Was it the shirt? Or was it murdering her own mother? I don't think it was the shirt...
but before shein it was at walmart @@psychotweety
So carol’s ex knows Carol is off her meds but is okay with her taking care of their daughter part time?
He’s probably a real piece of work, too, but remember that the court sets Visitation. He may not have any choice.
"He is real piece of work too" based of what do you say that? You are absolutely missing IQ cells. @@kathyyoung1774
He seemed a bit slow
Carol did mention a 'nasty divorce' and 'CPS' she probably made him out to be worse than he was, CPS favours the mothers usually.
Ricky mentioned it in the interrogation room that he loves carol and he loves allison as if its his own, so ricky doesn't have any power over the child because its not his.
This channel is so underrated
