I have a feeling that his biggest asset is his football brain. Being able to see things a few seconds ahead of others coupled with his skill makes him stand out. Something that you can't coach or teach, something which is felt. This I feel how Zidane played. All instinct, vision coupled with skill and energy.
The instinctive and intuition of knowing what he needs to do next, coupled with his power and ability. Makes him such great asset in any team.
