At 10:16, I'm pretty sure that your kicking him, because if you search up the definitions of hitting and kicked(kicking led me to kicked, and they're pretty similar) Hitting is using and object or missile, and kicking is the foot

Confused because I'm trying to get into this fandom but I don't have any of the books. So this is from the movie of the bolt stealer, already watched it. So do they meet the others like Will Solace in the next movie? Because it don't show them meeting anyone else yet and in camp there is Will, Nico, ect.
