hello, bakit po kaya hindi ko magamit yung cellular data ko? may load naman po ako pero lumilitaw “no internet connection” tapos hindi rin po ako maka call kahit may regular load naman ako. iPhone 14 Plus po gamit ko, eSim na Smart Prepaid yung sim. TIA!

Does esim require a network signal? or does function as vowifi?
Hi, eSIM works the same as physical SIMs, the only difference is that the latter is a physical sim. Network signal and VoWiFi function are the same.

Lies. Its stored in the settings under cellular data. You only need an eSIM compatible phone

currently yes, prepaid existing simcard cannot be converted to esim. chachange ka ng new number if mag esim ka

Wala pang Globe eSim Post paid plans lng pwede mag convert. Smart have Esim prepaid
you need to make sure your phone has the ability to add esim, not all phones will work with esim.

Or ibang Esim ang Gagamitin Abroad?
If magttravel abroad using eSIM or physical SIM ng Globe or Smart, regular roaming charges will apply. Much better to use yung travel SIM na specific sa country.

esim is nice but its very inconvenient if you have to transfer to another phone. not like the physical sim that you can swap easily..
You can still transfer eSIM from another iphone to another iphone but I’m not sure how convenient it is if you swap regularly.
It only work for single sim phones like iphone google pixel and etc...

sir question lang since hangang july 25 nalang ang registration ng simcard makakareceived padin ba ng otp pag nagpalit ng new sim like esim kahit tapos na ang sim registration?
Sa pagkakaalam ko po, pag bumili ka ng SIM after ng July 25, pwede ka pa magregister ng bagong activate na SIM. Pero yung mga existing SIM na active prior to July 25, dapat naregister na.

1 physical sim and you can have i think 8 more esims saved in your iphone. but you can only use 2 sims at the same time.(either 1 physical sim + 1 esim or 2 esims)

As long as your iPhone supports an eSIM and is factory unlocked, there shouldn’t be an issue.

Sa Smart Prepaid eSIM, pwede mo itransfer sa ibang eSIM na phone. Pwede mo siya ipaconvert sa physical sim pero as of the moment, di mo siya mapapaconvert pabalik ng eSIM.
