  • In the hands of a brash young pilot (Mike Vogel) and a rebellious head stewardess (Christina Ricci), Pan Am's state of the art Majestic Clipper jetliner makes its maiden voyage from New York to London, transporting its passengers and crew into a rapidly changing world of romance and international intrigue.
From Season 1 Episode 1 'Pilot' - Dean takes on his first assignment since his promotion, piloting the Clipper Majestic on its inaugural New York to London flight. Bridget is supposed to be his lead stewardess, until she's a no-show for the flight. Grounded purser Maggie is called in to fill in for her. On the same fateful flight, Kate adds another dimension to her work as she takes on her first assignment from U.S. intelligence. Her stress is compounded when she discovers that newly minted stewardess, Laura, her sister, is also working the same flight.

Ok I'm old...lol. I was a Flight Attendant when they were respected an everyone stared at us when we walked through an airport, we had style, glamour, class and yes an attitude. Then ending of this episode brings me back to those days.

Not all these people in the comments glorifying the glamour, the outfits, the luxury of flying, without realizing that this was happening at a time when few people could afford to fly... I prefer a basic flight and crew, which will take me safely to my destination, at the lowest possible prices.
And this is valid for everything that was "luxurious" in the past (fancy houses, cars, clothes, restaurants, furniture, etc), you have to drop the "luxury" if you want a product/service to become widely available to the entire population at decent prices.

Beautiful opening. How marketing can not just lift up a brand litterly sky high including the ladies thinking they are really special while being on average a basic waitresses with some knowledge of emergency protocols having a nice job if not intercontinental it is just working hard. All that glitters is not gold however the perk is the places you go, the pay that you receive and going to a holiday destination with a happy growd.

LOVED it!! What a lovely cast & interesting show!!👌Hope to check out more of the same - Hope there are many more🤞. I see one more, in the recommended videos, already -👍Those were the days when "Air Hostesses" were treated like beauty pageants, and had to live up to looking the part. It was also a lot safer for them then & the world of travel & air planes was comfortable, safe & luxurious. I remember those Jumbos with lounges & so much leg room & good meals, even in economy, that you felt pampered. God bless those who work in air planes in this day & age, with the crowded airports, all the restrictions, security threats & all the coooooooks, that make their job difficult!!

"I wanted to ask you where you get your eyelashes. They look SO natural."
    "No, no, they are natural."
Honestly, I have had a lot of people ask me how I get the ringlets in my hair, and I always give the exact same answer, because I have had naturally soft ringlets ever since I've had hair.

It sounds like "Pan Am | Pilot (Full Episode) - ft. Margot Robbie, Christina Ricci" is a throwback to the glamorous era of air travel! The idea of a show featuring the iconic Pan Am airline is quite intriguing. It must be fascinating to explore the adventures and stories set in the golden age of aviation. Margot Robbie and Christina Ricci are talented actors, so their involvement probably adds a lot of depth and charisma to the storyline. The concept of traveling around the world, experiencing different cultures, and the excitement of the jet-set era is always a captivating subject!
