Another job experience that demonstrates what some unhealthy environments look like. I don't advocate for violence and regret my actions, but there are certain limitations that we all have and when pushed we can all easily snap.
So, for me there are 3 life lessons that I have taken from this as per below.
1). Don let people take advantage of you.
2). Rather that keep things inside and then snap, learn to speak your mind.
3). Some situations can not be fixed no matter how much you try. Recognize these early, take necessary steps, and remove your self from these.

True, some of these stories do still bother me after all these years. I need to learn to let go.
