    KEEP GOING SIR ............WHY the thrower in shot put use 8kg put ......and i saw many throw 9kg put can you tell us why .thank you

      8kg and 9kg shots are heavy. They are used to get the thrower stronger, faster, and improve movement in training so that they can eventually throw farther with lighter competition shot put.

    Is it possible for a 5ft 7in male to be an elite thrower?

    • @ThrowsUniversity
      @ThrowsUniversity  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      To be honest it does put you at a disadvantage at the professional level especially in discus, but there are many elite shot putters ad javelin throwers who are on the shorter end.
