Excellent version of this song. Loved all the talent, especially the "Janet Jackson - Again" style singing in the first chorus, the driving bass and the Rhodes and organ. I don't know how the keyboardist manages to add so many sounds at once.
Interesting....at first, I thought... "Hang on...wrong song"... then it came into focus... CSN.... OK, same song my band uses as our opener... we have a traditional approach (we be older folks), but this version is very lively and almost takes on a "POP" music sound. Refreshing and yet a little overproduced and doesn't have the originals "Free Love" hippie feel to it. The island feel has been scraped and the guitar solo (for me, the lead guitarist in my band) sounds like a great idea, and I will likely introduce it next time we rehearse (Hee Hee)... Good job!
