Absolutely! Giving all these magnificient equipment they have to random and blind coincidence is deeming them worthless. But knowing that Allah equiped them with such traits, just leaves you speechless and make you awed at his Knowledge, Wisdom and Might.
Universe is a book to be read written by God, with every single one of His creation is a word.

An eagle has super-keen eyes. It’s capable of spotting a rabbit in a field or a fish in water while soaring high in the sky or from a perch closer to the ground.

17:11 - 17:14 "Electrical currents travel through water better than air."
Yes, sir. That is why air is considered an insulator and water a conductor of electrical currents.

We never did, until we managed to make spears knives and eventually guns, but way long before that time people families had to sit around small fires at night, huddled together wondering what made that sound, hearing so many things walking around and getting closer and closer 😮

well I do not quite agree with the - elephants big ears-.
because the Indian elephant has small ears.... Africa's big ears are more here functioning as air conditioner.
blood is being pumped through the veins and cools down, when the elephant is flapping is big ears..
