I think it's very difficult for engineers to subtract anything, their natural inclination is to add. Sales/marketing are also incentiviced to add things. The key is to show the capability to the customer, but hide the complexity that makes the capability possible.
Love the intentionality of ARV. You can tell when work becomes a vocation. I will be a customer some day.

Mike, you have also subtracted “shoe leather” in your videos. This one was outstanding.
Shoe leather is a movie-making term. “The moments are real and true, but don’t add entertainment value to your script.”
For RVs, a good example is spending most the time opening drawers and cabinets.

A nice thing to remove from Sprinter van based campers are the siding side door and the rear doors. It is possible to replace the sliding door with a traditional camper door. The rear doors can be replaced by traditional camper hatches. This will open new opportunities and solve most of the insulation issues with vans. Some European camper builders are looking into this.

Thanks for the question. Yes, you can supplement the fuel capacity of the Sprinter as long as it meets weight and safety requirements.
