- The full english breakfast is normally the favourite breakfast among many and is a national dish just like fish and chips and afternoon tea. But what is the ultimate breakfast out there? I compare a luxury version of Eggs Benedict - Lobster Benedict and Steak and Eggs to see which is best.

i think the lobster wins easily, i didnt care for the color on the steak and the spinach looked better than the greens as well, so not a tough choice
I'd happily eat both so long as I could go gluten free. They both looked amazing. I've never had lobster but would love to try it.
WOW!!! This is the best restaurant I have ever seen. I could almost cry. 2 plates of high end ingredients (ie Lobsters and Steak) plus the eggs for around £26 is the best deal I have ever seen, and when you add the decor of the restaurant, why are more people not going! I don't your name, but a war well done from me.
usually i would say expensive but this time they looked worth the money, the lobster looked lovely
The meals were perfectly priced, not expensive but quite extravagant for most people to have as breakfast.

Like most of the others I would go for the lobster as well. Mainly because it’s the sort of meat I’m not likely to eat for breakfast- while I have steak for dinner weekly as a minimum so it’s nothing special. Although my partner and I have done for Christmas lunch instead of the traditional roast a seafood platter with scallops prawns and baked salmon. I love seafood in all its form (except smoked).
That lobster did not seem expensive to me, for what you got ! Actually both of the dishes are not excessively expensive

Lovely Venue to have a meal, wow! the lobster Benedict, lovely! The poached eggs were perfect as was the lobster, I'd love to be eating this, the steak & eggs looked lovely, something needed on the watercress to take away the bitterness & the straw fries were unusual, I've not seen these before, spoilt for choice with these breakfasts but the lobster Benedict takes it for me. They both looked nice but I would like to try the lobster. Steak and Eggs was the traditional breakfast for Apollo astronauts before blast off.
steak n eggs for me, although they were both very well presented and excellent value for money.

Steak and eggs is one of those meals that they just go so well together. In fact, the best steak place in the small town I used to live in was the breakfast place! Their T-bone steak and eggs was amazing!
I've never had Lobster Benedict before and now I am sorely tempted to give it a try. Both meals looked fantastic.

Gorgeous restaurant! Food looked amazing! Considering both plates are meant to be splurges, I'd say you got great value for your money. Factor in atmosphere and (hopefully) attentive service... I'd say you've discovered a real "find" in Browns! Looks like a great place for a weekend brunch date!

9/10 times i would go with the steak and eggs but this time i would go with the lobster just for a change nothing wrong with the steak and eggs the both looked fantastic to me.

The lobster appeals to me more. I don't find steak and eggs that exciting of a combination but I love most benedicts, as long as there's hollandaise sauce involved.
I'm a fan of any Benedict wether lobster or ham lol

They both looked delicious! I'm with you though, the Lobster looked amazing and gets my vote. The prices were really good for such luxury items. Was unaware that there's a Browns in Liverpool. I'll be going there after seeing this. Thanks mate :)

Steak and eggs is a US breakfast staple and has been for many years.
Those prices are amazing! Especially considering the quality and standard of service. Most hotels would charge a lot more.

Its definitely easier to chew than steak!
They're both very nice plates of food. I'd go for the steak as I don't like hollandaise sauce on a breakfast, I find it too rich, and when it goes cold a bit icky. The lobster looked great though, as did the steak.

Never told what the USSR gave their lads. But always one of my holiday treats Cheers Allan&Family 😊

In Manchester, have you tried anything at The Hip Hop Chip Shop? I’ve just seen it reviewed. They cook everything Indian Style! I think you’d love the huge Battered Sausage with Bacon wrapped around it! You can get Gravy to dip in it, and the meals come with 2 sauces. The Pea Fritters look like Onion Bahjis but made with mushy Peas! Might be worth a Go! I loved the look of the Lobster Breakfast.

I'm very much of fan of eggs benedict and make it often. I have used caviar to top it off before but have only ever used smoked salmon or bacon for the meat. Lobster takes it to a new level! I think I might try doing something similar frying up some fresh king prawns.

Myself have a Eggs Royal once a fortnight and with a large coffee is £14. So here looks 9/10 amazing....I would need a week in Leeds to try your food places!😊

That is ridiculously good value food. I would take either breakfast with equal relish, and there is a Brown's just a few miles from me too!
They're both worth a try if you visit
On the expensive side, but 90% or the time you pay for what you get.
I'd go for the lobster, only because its rare to see on a menu and super rare on a breakfast menu.
On the flip side steak and eggs looked good, fries for me looked a gimmick, also thats a shed load of meat to eat in one day let alone breakfast.
Lobster just for as well but would of eaten them both as they were both delicious looking thanks for another great video and review mate 🎉🎉
O.M.G. 😮😮😮 What an amazing place! From the outside it looked like a former bank building. But I cannot believe those prices! 😮 At first I was shocked you managed to eat 2 huge meals consecutively, but then even more shocked at the low prices! You've paid more at Burger King FGS! 😅 Steak & Eggs was big in Australia ofcourse, and the Lobster Benedict is a classy high end option. I would be delighted to eat either, but, like you just thought the Lobster dish looked perfect and such a generous portion. It's almost worth getting the train up from London to eat there, what a find!!!!!!! Congratulations Brown's in this day and age for treating customers with respect and offering value for money. Even the tea service was lovely. 🥰🥰🥰🙏🙏🙏🌷🌷🌷

£15.50 for the Lobster benedict. Wow. That is an absolute steal. It can cost that to buy a lobster from a wet fish shop.
Do you have to pay extra on the bill, like tips, service charge, something like that?
Just one thing is about the sugar cube It might look big and fancy but how many tables have had them sugar cubes been sitting on. Nobody is gonna eat a full bowl of sugar cubes. And I don't think they're gonna throw them away. If they had a cover over them that would be fine but in a bowl out in the open like that kinder gross
It all looked nice but again where was the steam they both looked like they needed warm through didn't look hot for me .

Another ennjoyable review, however when yo usaid if you not heard of Lobster before then it is like a giant prawn-since when do people not know/heard of a Lobster before lol
Least you had your portion of protein with them 4 eggs and your greens!
It is hard to pick. I was expecting a slightly higher price for a posh place. but the clock said it was almost 10.20 and the place looked empty.
Even for such items for many people they still may be too expensive to get.
when you could easy just get a piece of steak for £3.50 for 400g and add two eggs at home the lobster may be a little harder to do .
But picking will depend on if you like Lobster and your happy to eat it as a breakfast item
