It's an entirely different series from the movies and games
why did they change rouge's outfit for show but not Amy?
To make rouge more “kid friendly” I guess, also amys dress is slightly changed, it has sleeves now
I also believe Amy's dress is more iconic so they can't alter it all that much without giving her a completely different outfit unlike rouge's
