So true, institutions that are well structured, unit the Umah together and allow us to magnify our individual efforts…therefore to achieve significant change we need more institutions with more of us plugged into them. I am completely at a loss as to why our great scholars don’t speak about rescuing the ummah through the Islamic obligation of military intervention by the Muslim armed forces. And subsequently the need to unite under one leader that will move these armed forces.. we are all in fever and pain and all feel our amanah. But it isn’t enough without the actions that stem from Allah- just as the amanah comes from Allah!! unity will come from the imam that will be the shield..!!! Most effective and real democratic way of governing where all decisions are made by the Council of Muftis but the Khalifah having the final say. Under the Khalifah, the LMN will have its own army, navy and Air Force under one commander for defending the entire ummah. We already have the hardware from major Muslim countries. They just have to be relabeled "LMN" when they out to defend any part of the Ummah like removing the Mediterranean Sea blockade by Israelis.The three letters "LMN" will be enough to deter anyone from doing what is happening in Gazza today. very sorry but sounds like you've misunderstood what "amanah" is referring to. Amanah was given to the humanity (jinn and ens) and hence can't be the Ummah itself. Unity and solidarity among ummah is a different matter than Amanah. you also need to stop painting your facial hair flat black because a doctor and a sheikh normally don't have any interest in doing that even if they have time to do it.
The sad thing about this is that where is the ummah youths? The youths in Egypt, Jordan, Pakistan, Indonesia, Iran and Turkey? The youths used to be the power that stood against the ummah 's enemies.
