  • Drones are playing a key role in Ukraine's counter offensives against Russia's invasion. One is proving so effective that Ukrainian forces are singing its praises, literally. CNN's Jomana Karadsheh has the exclusive report.

Turkey went war with Russia 3 times in 5 years . In Syria, Libya and Azerbaijan i mean literally face to face while the west was rooting for Russia or even helping Russia against Turkey . Think about that .

What's critical here is that despite Turkey having close relations with Russia out of necessity with Russian forces in Syria and Libya in close proximity to Turkish forces, Turkey still sent sophisticated armed drones to Ukraine. That says a lot about Turkey's ability to traverse through diplomatic dilemmas. Not many countries on planet earth can do what Turkey has done. Hungary, for example, and many EU nations could do zilch. The best they could do is take Ukrainain refugees. Yet Turkey has 4 million Syrian refugees and now incoming Ukrainian refugees. Most NATO allies just paid lip service and offered symbolic support. Turkey sacrificed far more. To put things into context, lets not forget that Turkey shot down TWO Russian fighter jets in 2016 when they entered Turkish airspace. They then went into Syria to protect their borders while Russia was propping up the Assad dictator. A Syrian missile (probably a Russian one) bombed and killed scores of Turkish troops. Turkey sent in its drones and literally wiped out Assad's Russian military hardware in 48 hours and killed so many of Assad's troops (it's on TH-cam). Russian forces could only back off. Elsewhere, Turkish forces then faced off Russian backed Haftar forces in Libya and prevented Libya from falling to Haftar, another Gaddafi. Turkey then bought S400 Russian air defences from Putin!! Now, it's hosting peace talks between Russia and Ukraine in Istanbul. Turkey is clearly in a league of its own. The Bayraktar song highlights the resitence because it's the most deadly air asset the Ukrainians have, and it has a track record of changing many wars elsewhere. Meanwhile, the US Congress is still trying to vote on whether the US should send US drones to Ukraine. That tells me one thing - The US loves to rough up some feathers with tough words, but it's always one step behind. Respect to 🇹🇷 BAYRAKTAR!!!!

Turkey is fighting in 4 different fronts carrying on war operations in every kind of possible typology, against multiple enemies with different typs of training and combat tactics and is winning everywhere showing a tremendous supremacy.
    1. haftar forces in Libya and their allies (russia, united arab emirates, saudi arabia, egypt and iran) carrying operations on mostly desert enviroment !
    2. syria, fighting against mulitple enemies 1.regime forces helped by russia& iran 2.pkk/ypg/pyd forces helped by russia, usa, germany, france&uk 3. isis and other terrorist groups trained and armed by israel. Fighting in urban areas.
    3. iraq, fighting against pkk/ypg/pyd forces mostly in high mountains enviromet.
    4. armenian army, heavily helped by russia and iran and supported by all big western countries.
Like this wasen't enough Turkey is the only real stand protecting europe against russia's expansion, holding greece out of it's sea borders even though standing alone against all it's NATO "allies" who are supporting greeks with everything they can. Also Turkey is 1 of the countries who is helping Ukraine more than anyone else giving them weapon systems which are game changers on this war and in the same time is making it possible that grain supplies go to the rest of the world from Ukraine in a time when no other country has enough balls to talk with putin !!! Haters can say whatever they want but the indiscutable truth is that Turkey stands as the new center of power in both europe and middle east having no rivals !!!

The reporter said the guy "chose his words carefully" because he didn't want to upset Russia (or something like that), but I'd say he came right out and said what needs to be said: the Ukrainians are defending themselves from an illegal invasion. He was measured in how he talked about the technology out of respect for those who are dying, but he did NOT pussy-foot around the fact that Putin is the aggressor. The west saw that the drones were being used to eliminate the indeginious Armenian people from their historic homeland. There are Armenian churches in Nagorno Karabagh that are olde than 1000 years old. Every stone you turn over in that region has armenian inscriptions dating 1000s of years back. That is why, every city that Azerbaijan has taken control of, the first they do is destroy the historic cemeteraies and churches to erase the history of the region.

    • @user-dy2oq1go8o
      @user-dy2oq1go8o 2 ปีที่แล้ว +36

@@DeepLineDesign During the Ottoman Empire, Armenians and Azerbaijani Turks lived as brothers in these lands for centuries. Later, these lands came under the rule of Soviet Russia and all religious activities were banned, religious buildings were left to their fate. With the disintegration of Soviet Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan became independent states in 1991. Then, with the support of Russia, Armenia began to occupy the lands belonging to Azerbaijan and to kill the civilian Azerbaijani Turks in the occupied territories. Hundreds of civilian Azerbaijani Turks, aged, women and children, were killed in the Xocalı massacre. The Karabakh region and more Azerbaijani lands around this region were occupied by Armenia. Over 1 million Azerbaijani Turks living in these lands had to leave their homes and lands to save their lives. 25% of Azerbaijan's territory was occupied by Armenia. There is not a single mosque left in this land, which has been in the hands of Armenians for nearly 30 years, not a single civilian Azerbaijani Turk. Now these lands have been liberated by Azerbaijan. Only the Armenian army and soldiers were damaged in this war. The civilian Armenians in the Karabakh region continue to live in their lands, the invading Armenians fled to avoid paying the penalty for their crimes. No civilians, civilian structures or churches were harmed either during the war or since the end of the war. However, hundreds of mosques in the regions occupied by Armenia were seen to be razed to the ground. Of course, those who wanted to see saw this fact. Those who do not want to see continue their lies, they continue to blame the Turks. Russian forces are witnessing this situation as a peacekeeping force.
Now let's come to Bayraktar TB2. This drone used in the Karabakh war uses MAM-L(22 kg) and MAM-C(8 kg). MAM-L is only used against military vehicles and does not harm the soldiers around it. MAM-C, on the other hand, is used against soldiers and does not harm the vehicles around it. The Azerbaijani army used these ammunition with the precision of a surgeon and did not harm any civilians. So what did Armenia do? It launched the Iskander missiles, which it bought from Russia, and the Scud and Grad missiles from the former Soviet era, on the cities of Azerbaijan where civilians lived, killing hundreds of civilians. Whether the West likes it or not, these are the facts. Anyone with a conscience accepts this.

The Turks have a state and army that have changed their war doctrines many times .
      1. The ten order ( corporal , captain , major ) and the chain of command , still used by all modern armies , were first developed by the Turkish khan Mete Khan in 209 BC. Today, the establishment date of the Turkish Armed Forces is still accepted as 209 BC thanks to this event.
      2. The Scythians, who domesticated the horse and used it as a war mount, are the ancestors of the Turks. and again the stirrups and the harness were invented by the Turks . After these inventions, the Turks became the most skilled cavalrymen in the world in shooting arrows accurately on horseback.
3.The first guerrilla warfare and hit-and-run tactics were used by the Seljuk Sultan Kılıçaru against the 500,000-man army of the urbanus during the 1st Crusades. And this operation was successful as the crusader army, which set out from İzmit with 500,000 people, came to the front of Hatay, and only 40,000 people remained.
      ( İznik - Hatay 850 km )
      4. Atilla, who was also a Turkish khan, put an end to the Roman empire and started a new era.
5.Although the Chinese invented gunpowder, the Turks were the first nation to use gunpowder as a weapon. The first firearm was invented by the Turks. And it was used against the Chinese army.
6 .Before the Turks took Istanbul , there were many feudal lords hidden behind the high castle walls . Fatih Sultan Mehmet, the greatest commander in Turkish history, invented large cannons to conquer Istanbul. Also, for the first time, a mortar was invented by Sultan Mehmet to shoot behind the walls. Sultan Mehmet drove the ships from the land with the sled system he had built one night in order to destroy the Byzantine navy in maritime history. He used butter and olive oil so that the ship could slide on wooden stakes. This is the event where the idea of machine oil was thrown for the first time.
7.The first successful manned flight and also the first human to fly between continents was carried out by a Turkish scientist named Hazarfen Ahmet Çelebi. In 1632, Hezerfen crossed the Bosphorus with the İlker Glider he built. Jumping from the Galata Tower, Hazerfen flew 3532 meters and landed in Kadıköy.

Since the Göktürk Khaganate, which was established in the 5th century, they lived independently throughout history, including the Oghuz Yabgu State, the Karakhanid Khanate,
the Seljuk Empire, the Ottoman Empire and the Turkey.

Good job Turkey. Looks like they are not only good at health care but also in UAVs. Also I am glad the founder spoke against Russia's invasion everyone should be bothered by Russia's actions.

That jet drone looks like a beast! It appears to be built for supersonic and maybe even stealth. And it's big enough to carry some seriously destructive bombs.

Seachange in military equipment. Days of armoured vehicles is over as demonstrated by these drones. And drone tech will only improve as this current success will give impetus to further improvements down the road. A true game changer.
