Does Kiel University accept proof of english certificate from your previous university for all Masters programme?
Not for all masters, it depends on the faculty
When you are going for the interview and you dont have your sponsorship letter can you present a document that you are working on it
Hmm I guess you can, in that case the embassy can give you a deadline to submit it

They wont give you the visa if you don’t prove you have enough money to finance your education. And it can be done by three ways
1. Opening a block account
2. Showing sponsored scholarships
3. Formal obligation ie someone in Germany given consent that he will take care of you.
If you don’t have any of the three sponsorship package don’t worry yourself going for the interview.
Please did you pay for your tuition fees before you went for the visa interview and what's doe the English proficiency text means
