Paxos has received preliminary approval from the OCC to form a national trust bank, making it the third such "crypto bank" to be nationally regulated. how can you have a crypto bank ? its meant to be decentralized to allow anyone in the world to buy/sell without the current stoppages like identity confirmation etc.
a lot of the world is unbanked they will not have identification etc.
