In Japanese Umami 旨味
Shiitake椎茸 is famous and cheap
Matsutake松茸 is very high price and delicious
one Matsutake price is 50〜70 Dollars
And Nameko mushroom
Especially
Miso soup with nameko mushroos
Maitake mushroos is hen−of−the−woods
This is cheap
