Proof that if you don't have a mill, a lathe can be used as one... Creative use of a lathe to mill the slot in the first part of the video... Although we would call this a Radial Arm Saw, which are much more dangerous than a table saw when not used properly (sure yours is tiny, but even then a blade guard is a good idea). In a full size radial arm saw the material is pressed up against a stop on the back side since the blade will tend to pull the material in that direction. Holding is against the front stop will allow the stock to get pulled into the blade along with your thumb...
Love the idea seems a bit over engineered for the size and strength of the motor though. How about stripping down an old drill and using the motor and battery system from that. This would give you variable speeds and a clutch on the system. Still as I say love the build and the work done on the build.
Excellent work but!!!! Is it not annoying there is always a but!! 🤣🤣BUT!!! you forgot the angle gauge, 90 degree cuts are fine, but what about 15 degree and 45 degree cuts 😂STILL Excellent work👍👍👍. Thank you for sharing. Be safe 🇨🇦
Absolutely correct, but in the future I have a video in which I made changes to this product and it has a protractor and the motor is placed below 😀😁 ، I hope I have explained correctly . Thanks a lot 😘
An engineers approach at a mini table saw. not very approachable for the average maker, but still great to see a different variation on something that is over done by everyone else.
Looks like a great design. This is more like a radial arm saw, but I want one.
Nice Professional Video and Professional Product
Thanks ❤️
Nice little table saw. We shared this video on our homemade tools forum this week 😎
Thanks a lot ❤️🙏

It's a good idea, but in the video you can mostly see the lathe and not the object being made
