That's a creature made of silicone and other materials for motion effects for some horror or science fiction movie or series, the background music is from the series Stanger Things, although I don't remember if it appears in that series.
I think that arm wrestler was more birth defect than giant. That Bald Eagle didn't mean to get in the water I guess eagles don't have or use the gland to water proof it's feathers.

Muntjac species i believe, Leaf Muntjac although it could be southern red or Reeves.
