Look for Yooh music on youtube and practically everyone is unauthorized and that *without them* hardly Yooh as other Asian artists would be known. I do not justify uploading music without authorization but it is undeniable the *free* contribution they make to many composers who deserve recognition. So taking everything I said I don't think it makes much difference to upload a video from an unknown and non-monetized channel ... there are more important things.
