When I connect the camera to the electric network, it keeps saying " network connection failed" and nothing appears on wifi in my phone .. Does any one have an idea about this please ?

I got mine recently and i made it . Follow steps, 1st i install FTY in playstore then allow all features to complete the Appa after set Cctv bulb on power connected try to connect on your mobile if connection failed then use small pin and reset or reboot the bulb. Its below the bulb camera there's a small hole, press that and it reboot the bulb, after the cam says that it reboot then start again connecting . Take note during connecting the bulb and mobile come near on wifi router to get connection easily... i hope can help others
What about the sd card? Whenever I insert it the bulb goes offline, and as soon as I take it out its online again. Also, should the card be hot because it get got very quickly.

You really didn't explain how to set it up. You just rushed through it all. The view was sideways the first part of the video, then suddenly your camera is hanging from the light fixture.
I screwed the camera/bulb into the porch light socket, flipped the light switch on, and let the camera scan to set up. I left it alone overnight and then flipped the light switch off so I could remove the Micro SD card. All that was on the card was a succession of inanimate movie clips of my inactive porch ceiling. It repeated that almost 100 times overnight and never shut off. It will not detect any motion. Am I doing something wrong, or is my camera a dud?
Its a good Camara for it price i set up mine in one go, first download the app, secound connect the camera to power supply, 3rd go to wifi settings connect to the ftywifi name , 4th go open the app and you will see live stream, click conect, if will ask you if you want to connect locally or wifi 🛜, click wifi, seclect wifi name enter password 🔑 and thats it stream world wide one it have power and wifi signal

This camera is a total complete and utter rip off. Bloody thing won't turn on, there is no directions, all the codes that came with it to scan are invalid..
This cctv is a waste of money with good deal of buying two cheap,cheap things are expensive i wish i went and buy one good camera for 300 ead than this one
Pls. don't buy these shit! you cannot connect them into your router and so everytime you need to access those cameras you also need to disconnect to your main router so what a total waste of time. Even worst is you can only access one camera at a time. Also, the app is buggy.

I ve lost hope with wifi panorama camera. I just could not install it.
