@@Pauliepoika I wouldn't recommend these inside a home as they do require plenty of space all the time and I find them fairly messy. They can be kept in large heated indoor enclosures or in outdoor aviaries with a smaller heated indoor section. They also like a lot of foliage cover.

They remind of dinosaurs in the same way that Golden Retrievers remind me of Dogs and for the same reason.

@@IncredibleInvertsOtherAnimals there was a pair at a local butterfly house I used to visit regularly (it's unfortunate closed down now) but they were so inquisitive and cheeky they have amazing personalities

They are fantastic for me the best birds in the zoo but then I am bias haha. I'll keep that in mind.

These are classed as Least concern which means there is plenty in the wild and we are not too worried about their status. These are fairly common in a lot of UK zoos.

Same in the U.S, definitely not anywhere near endangered…they’re really common in Zoos and Parks around here, I’d say maybe 50 to 60 percent of public animal facilities have them…
