Baking Soda: do you know what else is abrasive? Silica which is present in all toothpastes. Also baking soda's crystals can scrape dental enamel making it more susceptible to retain plaque. Coconut oil: lauric acid is.. you know, an acid so it decreases mouth's pH and induces demineralization of dental enamel, plus if you brush afterwards without neutralizing that acid pH you are only destroying that softened enamel. Sesame seeds: like with baking soda if you want something to remove plaque just use toothpastes. Hydrogen peroxide: nothing to say here. I a good antibacterial (even more against bacteria that causes periodontal disease) and the bubbles help to debride food leftovers. Use with caution as said in the video. Apple cider vinegar orange peels: more acids. You don't want acids in your mouth and even less scratch the tooth enamel with them.
