first sonography is very useful in pregnancy.it is done at 6-8 weeks of pregnancy.transvaginal sonography is better than transabdominal sonography.in first sonography we can see number of baby, location of baby, heart beat of baby,baby growth etc.we can rule out ectopic pregnancy in first sonography. so everyone pregnant women should be advised first sonography in 2nd month of pregnancy.

Mam lmp date ke hisab se 7 week 6 days aur ultrasound mein 5 week 6 days aur gestational sac msd= 10.8 mm with yolk sac hai kya ye size sahi hai helthy preagnacy hai yah

It may be a delayed conception.
Repeat scan after 10-15 days.
Don't worry .take supportive medicine after consultation with gynecologist
