    ✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 ,Bati
    Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा) - 1 Bowl
    Salt(नमक)
    Carom Seeds(अजवाइन)
    Ghee(घी) - 1.5 Tbsp
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐤𝐡𝐚:
    Brinjal/Eggplant(बैंगन) - 2-3
    Tomatoes(टमाटर) - 2-3
    Onion(प्याज)
    Boiled Potato(आलू) - 2
    Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च)
    Garlic(लहसुन)
    Oil(तेल)
    Pickle Oil(अचार का तेल)
    Water(पानी) - 2 Tbsp
    Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
    Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च)
    Salt(नमक)
    Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
    Pickle Oil(अचार का तेल)
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐚:
    Whipped Yogurt (फेंटा हुआ दही) - 250 Gram
    Boondi(बूंदी)
    Black Salt(काला नमक) - Less than 1/2 Tbsp
    Salt(नमक)
    Crushed Red Chili Powder(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च)
    Roasted Cumin Powder(जीरा पाउडर) Less than 1/2 Tbsp
    Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Tbsp
    Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) - 1-2
    ✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐚, in a bowl, take some Whisked Curd & Soaked Boondi & mix gently with a spoon. Then put Black Salt, Plain Salt, Crushed Red Chilli Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Powdered Sugar, finely chopped Green Chilli & Coriander Leaves. Stir and mix the ground spices evenly. Keep the tadka pan for heating & put Ghee, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida/Hing Powder, Curry Leaves & Red Chilli Powder. Put the tadka to the Raita.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐤𝐡𝐚, wash the Brinjal & wipe it. Make a cut it in and fill the Garlic and Green Chilli in it. Keep the cooker on the flame & put Brinjal, Tomato, Potato, Onion, and Pickle Oil. Saute well & then put Water. Cover with lid & give 2-3 whistles, then release the pressure. Then take out the boiled Veggies on a plate. Firstly remove the Tomato, Onion, Brinjal & Potato peels & mash them with the masher. Then put some Onion, Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, Salt to taste, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Boiled Veggies Water & Lemon Juice. Take out the serving dish. Put some Pickle Oil & garnish with Coriander Leaves & Serve with Lemon, Green Chilli & Onion.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐢 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, take a bowl & put Roasted Gram Flour/Sattu, Cumin Seeds, Onion Seeds, Carom Seeds, chopped Onion, Gheen Chilli, Ginger, Garlic, Pickle Masala, Lemon Juice, Salt to taste, Crushed Red Chilli Powder & Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder. Bind well & make small round balls & keep them aside.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐢, take a big parat & put some Wheat Flour, Salt, Onion Seeds, Crushed Carom Seeds, Ghee & Baking Powder in it. Mix them all & bind the dough by adding Water gradually. Cover the dough & give it to rest for 20-25 mins. Then make some dough balls, spread them with your palm & fill the fillings & join them properly. Then put the Litti on an appe mould & cook for 5-6 mins on slow flame. Dip the Litti in Ghee and serve the Litti with Chokha & Raita.
