Hi there, big time tc2000 fan, just stumbled across your channel, I see you mostly post fans, garage door openers lawn mowers and other objects but I'm thankful that you've been posting school bus videos lately, I hope that you can continue to post more. Would love to see more and listen to that amazing Cummins 12 valve and Allison at-545. Thanks for the wonderful video.
Thanks, for the longest time you had the best TC2000 video on TH-cam. It was the one of it pulling away from the bus stop and then the loud AT-545 kicks in as it drives away. I love your bus videos and it's a honor for you to watch this video.
I've never heard of a Collins, are you sure it's not a Cummins? When I was a kid my great uncle owned the local bus company. He mostly had Blue Birds and Superiors. Just before I graduated high school he started buying Thomas. The older Blue Birds and Superiors were standard shift with gas engines on I believe International chassis. The newer Thomas's were diesel and automatic. I think those were also International chassis. 25 years is a long run for a school bus.
This it the buses last year of service and the only reason why they keep it around is because it's there most fuel efficient bus. This bus has a sister, 14 which has lower mileage and is a spare so I'm guessing they just want to use this bus until it's non-functional. (probably because its so worn out that it's not worth selling) We also have a 99 model with the 12v 5.9 Cummins and it's also a spare besides those 3 busses all of the others are 2008 - 22 model All Americans all with the 24v 5.9 Cummins.
Lucky! I'd kill to ride a TC2000
I rode one in Elementary School as a spare

its got a cummins bluebird didnt put anything but cummins in the tc's
It was most likely autocorrected in the description. So, it's a Cummins.
So most likely there not gonna sell this bus when it's out of service?
Collins flat 6 is like an Enlarged Porsche 911 engine in a diesel
*5.9 Cummins ISB inline 6 not flat 6
