Can you imagine that devil's kettle being linked to a parallel universe? Some poor person probably is sitting there enjoying the falls and all of a sudden it starts exploding ping pong balls.
Neverending means a little bit different. There is for hours no moment with out lightning or different the whole time you see minimum one lighting, most of the time there are many lkightnings the same time. There is NO dark time, No pause, NO delay, it runs for 10 hours. And that is really unique, because lightning comes from tension, but where comes all these tensions from to create thousands of lightnings very night. Video at 9:07 shows it good. You don't need long time exposure, simply click and you have most of the time a few lightnings on your photo.
@susan ivy On 260 days of a year at the evening, about 5 to 6 pm it starts and goes through whole night with continous ongoing flashes. No pause. Most of the time more than one flash at a time. Next morning and day there is nothing, normal beautiful, calm whether.
Rename the video to "1 unexplained phenomenon that hasn't been explained yet" 10. Devil's kettle The water rejoins the river at the base of the waterfall. 9. Hessdalen lights This is true, we don't know why the lights exist. 8. Movile cave 5.5 million years of isolation will make an ecosystem different from the outside world. They use Chemosynthesis. Look it up. 7. Lake Karachi It's a radioactive lake, where's the mystery. 6. The tree of Casorzo Tree splicing is actually a very simple and common occurrence. The mulberry tree looks anything but healthy. 5. Kalachi The sleeping sickness is caused by carbon monoxide from the mine. 4. Circles of Namibia It is caused by termites, as 80-100% of the circles have them, and 100% of new circles have them. They are called grass fairy circles and they have also happened in Australia. They grow in circles because they originate from a point and expand from there. 3. The hum It's not just Taos, the hum happens all over the world, and can be caused by machinery or tinnitus. 2. Catatumbo storm The hot, moist air from the surrounding swamps causes the storm, which occurs 10 hours a day, 140 to 160 days a year, definitely not non-stop. 1. The boiling river It is a hot spring, and anyone with half a brain knows that 91 degrees Celsius is not boiling. It can cook an egg, nothing more. New title: 10 conspiracy theories that we think sound cool.
.6 The Tree of Casorzo It's not splicing, it is grafting and trees are not grafted like that. Also it is difficult to determine the health of the mulberry tree because the pic could be showing early spring . A cherry tree blossoms & leafs out earlier than a mulberry. The unlikely explanation the narrator gave is likely the reason. The list is mostly bogus & click bait.
ok but the devil's kettle one isn't right. If the water did rejoin the river, then where are the ping pong balls. They made them float and everything and sent tons
You can go inside a woman AND animals with a camera to follow the process of birth. You can send camera into space! But you can’t send a camera down a waterfall?🤔
Im goin there fs fs i looked it up and it says its been solved BUT IT HAS NOT it goes like 500 feet under but thats all they said WHEREEEEEEE THOOOO time to take a MF trip
I read the title that used direct contradictions.. Impossible.. Actually exists.. Was this not enough for you people? Stop being guided by pretty colours like a racoon and read like human beings.. It's like humans have developed the skill to speak, merely to make noise in regards to lights we do or do not like. This isn't being cute and simple, this is being an animalist.
This is an amazing compilation. However, as a scientist, I find it a bit cringy how often in this video they cite radioactivity as a potential cause. Very few natural physical phenomena are due to radiation, but almost entirely chemical, electrical or thermodynamic. These processes can be extremely complicated though, so getting to the bottom of them is presumably very difficult.
Kalachi's problem was caused by: It was later determined that increased carbon monoxide levels from a nearby abandoned mine had caused oxygen levels in the town to fall
Why shouldn't he stick his bare hand in the water? It's not like his hand will melt away or other such nonsense. Even the radiation dose he'll receive will ne negligable. He probably shouldn't take a bath in the water, but just sticking his hand in for a couple seconds is no big deal.
“The sleeping city of Kalachi” was solved. The city was built on an abandoned soviet uranium mine that was leaking carbon monoxide, poisoning the residents. They all were relocated to another town.
You guys do know that the Devils Kettle mystery has been solved right? It splits into an underground river that rejoins the river further downstream. When pingpong balls were dropped in they popped up all over the place, they didn't just disappear like this video states.
6:50 the circles of Namibia are very strange, maybe the plants automatically don't grow within the circles so that when it rains there is enough water deposited into the ground directly below the circles, so that the plants can draw upon this water later, it's most likely a survival mechanism, or maybe the plants leave circles unvegetated in order to not completely deplete the ground from nutrients, maybe they draw upon the nutrients within the circles in times of drought or whenever they need them throughout the seasons.
Black holes/dark matter are scientifically impossible.. however they still exist... something existing doesnt mean it is 'scientifically possible' .... moron.
@@krist8362 Of course something existing means it's scientifically "possible". "Impossible" just means we have not come up with an explanation for how it exists.
@@CoHigh Exactly. Science, in the grand scheme of things, is still brand new and that's why theories are being learned and changed and revisited all the time. Theres new forms of "science" itself being discovered all the time. My first degree was in exercise science. I no longer know if this is true but 10 years ago that was the newest form of science in existence - before that exercise and everything that goes along with it was essentially nothing more than a hobby to anyone who had interest. So little is known about it and thats why this years healthy habits become next years stay-aways and vice versa. Well the same goes for the oldest science in existence as well. Were nowhere near ultimate knowledge of all things universally. Nobody knows everything. There is still plenty to learn and many theories, even hundreds of years old beliefs, are still being debunked. I explicable at the moment? Maybe so. Someday will it be figured out? Of course if there's enough need to put in the time and effort. We as human beings have enough intelligence that all things are possible, however I'm sure that even our great, great, great, great grandchildren will still be figuring out mysteries that we havent even considered yet because we JUST AREN'T THERE YET. #8 The Sleeping City of Kalachi "Now the mystery has at last been solved and the cause does indeed lie in the uranium mines, said Kazakhstan’s deputy PM, Berdibek Saparbaev. After analysing the results of medical examinations of all the residents, researchers concluded that it was caused by heightened levels of carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons in the air. “The uranium mines were closed at some point, and at times a concentration of carbon monoxide occurs there,” Saparbaev said. “The oxygen in the air is reduced accordingly, which is the real reason for the sleeping sickness in these villages.” Evacuation of the two villages has begun, with authorities reportedly relocating 68 of 223 families so far."
"Forget explaining the circles. Scientists are not even sure of the more basic questions, such as: Why are there circles?" And THE Signs??? This guy's an alien for sure.
The piece on Devil's Kettle is highly misleading. Quoting from wikipedia: "However experiments conducted in late fall 2016 and announced by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) in February 2017 strongly indicated that the disappearing water simply flows back into the Brule River shortly below the falls. At the suggestion of state hydrologist Jeff Green, two DNR experts measured the water flow above the falls and several hundred feet below them. The two readings were virtually identical, suggesting no water was being lost to some other outlet.[14] They accounted for the failure of visitors' floating objects to reemerge by explaining that the powerful currents in the kettle's plunge pool would be enough to hold down most material until it was pulverized.[15] Green and a colleague planned to conduct a dye tracing experiment in the fall of 2017 when water flows dropped again, with the hope of determining where the underground channel rejoins the main river. They were discouraged from doing so by park management and decided that the dye experiment was not scientifically necessary to confirm that the water simply rejoins the river below the falls.[16]" So no, there is no mystery here, and no dye was actually used.

@@KentVigilante All I know is its not a portal to another universe and not a portal to another dimension. I dont know if it's true since it is of course the TH-cam comment section. By the way you aren't an idiot. At least not for certain.

If they exist, they're not scientifically impossible. Science is built on observations that don't fit the current model, leading to new paradigms. It's what tenures are made of. A very slight discrepancy in Mercury's orbit, for example, was thought to be one of the last little odds and ends in 19th Century physics to be accounted for before we had a complete picture. In reality, it ultimately turned out to be the undoing of Newtonian physics and led to its replacement by General Relativity. Gravity was not a force _per se,_ in the same way as electromagnetism, but rather distortions in the very fabric of space itself. That is the closest you get to "scientifically impossible" and none of these are an example of that. If you can't tell, I like science and what it's done for society. Before modern science, we burned people for "witchcraft". Now, I'm not saying there's ever a good reason to burn someone at the stake, but if we _were_ to bring it back for whatever reason, I think it should be restricted to the most heinous of crimes, like rape, murder, and _clickbait._
If they exist, they're not scientifically impossible. Science is built on observations that don't fit the current model, leading to new paradigms. thats lowkey inspiring
@@robashton8606 I prefer to not even talk about them. History will not be forgiving: "In ancient times humans thought the Earth was flat... and for a few inexplicable years before the coming of the _Dark Times."_ I watched an interview with a flat-earther at one of their conferences and he talked about "experimentally validating" the theory. He took an intercontinental flight and while sitting in his seat he held up a carpenter's level. The bubble remained in the centre indicating they remained on a flat-plane. PROOF! That's some borderline-retarded shit right there.

This is an amazing compilation. However, as a scientist, I find it a bit cringy how often in this video they cite radioactivity as a potential cause. "Now the mystery has at last been solved and the cause does indeed lie in the uranium mines, said Kazakhstan’s deputy PM, Berdibek Saparbaev.
“The oxygen in the air is reduced accordingly, which is the real reason for the sleeping sickness in these villages.”
Evacuation of the two villages has begun, with authorities reportedly relocating 68 of 223 families so far."

"Forget explaining the circles. Scientists are not even sure of the more basic questions, such as: Why are there circles?" And THE Signs??? This guy's an alien for sure.
The piece on Devil's Kettle is highly misleading. Quoting from wikipedia:
"However experiments conducted in late fall 2016 and announced by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) in February 2017 strongly indicated that the disappearing water simply flows back into the Brule River shortly below the falls. They were discouraged from doing so by park management and decided that the dye experiment was not scientifically necessary to confirm that the water simply rejoins the river below the falls.[16]"
So no, there is no mystery here, and no dye was actually used.

Now THAT is scientifically impossible! 😆
