I own a vending machine and row 5 in the machine always appears as a “missing row” When trying to select and option in row 5, I get a “invalid choice” on the display screen. How can I activate that row??

I have a AP Snackshop 112 and i cannot change the price on it due to a stuck J button not registering. How can I repair the J button or circumvent the J button to change the price please help
A common issue on the stock AP 111, 112, and 113 is the keypad. You will need to replace the keypad membrane assembly. Stock Keypad ( www.veii.com/TOUCH-PAD-FOR-AP-111-112-113 ) Keypad for AP 112 running UCB Board ( www.veii.com/TOUCHPAD-FOR-AP-113-USE-WITH-UCB )

I ended up getting an AP191 and found out the limit was was $99.95
