In Georgia, the Articles of Organization can be filed on Form CD 030, which requires the name of the LLC, the date when registration will become effective, and the name and signature of the person filing the form. No tax ID is required. If a real estate agent is starting an LLC to hold real property, then they can give the LLC any name they want as long as it meets state naming guidelines and is available and distinguishable from other registered business names in the state. It is most likely the case that the real estate brokerage's name is already registered in the state and wouldn't be available if you did want to use it for any reason.
