It’s actually super simple. Just stir fry minced garlic in oil before adding water and ramen. Then finish it with cracked pepper.
But their ramen spices was made especially suits with garlic. Korean love garlic.. so using a garlic oil is cheat key.. what country are you from? just dont put it too much.. the garlic flavour may overpower everythings..

I'd cook the ramyeon first, then strain it and put oil inside the pot with the ramyeon and add the sauce with tomato paste + spices and a little bit of cheese and a 7 minute boiled egg
