ND fan here. Mad respect for Army. Obviously overmatched physically, but never a doubt about the fight in the team. Especially Daily. Hope y'all win out.

That Daily is one tough dude. Much respect. With leaders like him, the Army is in great hands.

I am a lifelong Notre Dame fan but also a lifelong fan of Army (always my second favorite college team). I was proud of the Army goal line stands and the late touchdown, and the no-quit. That is character and making the most of their talent. I will always love Army and the Long Gray Line. Beat Navy!

I'm a Notre Dame fan, but always like to see the service academy's have good teams. Army has a tough group as always. Looking forward to the navy game

Notre Dame fan here. I understand that Army’s quarterback is going to be an officer in the Army, but I would have taken him out in the 4th quarter.

ND has always had tremendous respect for the service academies. Good luck ARMY on the rest of your season.

The rushing of 207 yards tied Army's lowest rushing of season (tied with Air Force game)

I agree with you. I'm a Notre Dame fan. And Notre Dame just matched up really well against Army. Even better than they did Navy. Navy could throw it a little bit better. So Notre Dame completely sell out to the run. Against army they completely sold out to the run. And with our athletes. Size and speed matters. But I think the Army is better than Navy. I hope you guys win your next two games. And then when your ball game. Go army. Go Irish🍀

I do want to tell the army fans if they don't know your guy up here is a Notre Dame alum. But I think he loves Army with his heart and soul. More than his own Notre Dame. Which I think is pretty cool.❤

ND, like all the top teams now, have the best players money can buy. NIL, Transfer Portal, and other changes have changed college football forever. It makes me sad to see, but it is what it is. I played for Army in the mid 90’s and was on the team that lost to them by 1 in 1995. I wonder if that will ever be possible again.

College football died when ESPN became the NCAA overlords and it became only about $! Breaking up geographically-sensible conferences and the traditional rivalries, inventing mega-conferences, ending independence, etc. Transfer portal and NIL are the sad but logical outcomes. These POs will make a lot of money and garner national attention but will never have the wholesome charm of the traditional bowl system. And at the end of the day you'll still have a "mythical" national champ!

And thank you for your service!

I mean the Army has a bigger budget than Notre Dame. You could just use your advertisement budget for NIL or big one less missile to get a patriotic 4-star QB instead. A juggernaut Army team would likely help with recruiting.

@@josealbino8532Wow, you seem really smart.. Trump should put you in charge of the national defense budget. 👍🏼😁

Army played good on goal line but that was it....i said from the go ...ND is nothing like they have played the defense is crazy good...army never stopped

Army's offense had wide open lanes but ND's defense was so fast, they closed them before a major breakthrough. It was a very fast defense. Army's defense was outmatched and unable to compete in any way. It does show how a team like ND is another tier.

They are the "Cadets" of Army! The "Black Knights of the Hudson" is NOT what they are. That "nick name" was given simply because of the black uniforms! Marketing always rules the day however. And where are the gold pants with a black stripes down each side? And whilst I'm at it, those #'s are stupid! And how about nothing written on the back! Army? No shit sherlock! Love the black shoes though.

That was ND’s 3rd string Defense at the end. It was Freshmen & Walk-ons.
The 2nd string was in the end of the 3rdQ & first half of the 4thQ.
Army left its starting Offense in & called a timeout in the final 30 seconds against ND Walkons. Silly & stupid. Army has their conference title game to play for & they are trying to score a meaningless TD vs Walkons, risking injuries? Dumb.
