The morbidelli m200 “ALL-IN-ONE TECHNOLOGY” CNC machining centre confirms the most appreciated technical features of the range, such as the solid structure, the 250mm work piece passage, the 5-axis Prisma KT and the FLEXMATIC work table that allow this machining centre to manage not only all types of panel processing but also those for solid wood.The goal is to reduce cycle times with the FLEXMATIC work table, which becomes even more flexible with its simultaneous movements controlled by SCM Maestro CNC software. In addition to this, the workpiece holding system has been made even more efficient thanks to the MULTIGRIP clamps, designed for the windows and doors MACHINING, which allows work pieces to be positioned and clamped quickly and reliably. Important upgrade also for the JQX operating unit that has been equipped with an innovative chip conveyor designed to achieve maximum cleanliness even in presence of large removals. The chip conveyor is managed by NC not only in the rotation but also in vertical position following the machining operations: this allows the conveyor to always be positioned exactly in front of the chip cast in order to capture it in the best possible way. To confirm the attention to the world of windows and doors, also on morbidelli m200 we can now find the new BRC-S operating unit that allows to perform blade cutting and horizontal drilling and routing in the shortest possible time, leaving to the 5-axis spindle only the main profiling and tenoning operations.
