    It’s not 1%
It’s 1% from cash flow, another 8% Dividende, 45% costs for your employers. Just being correct.
Most employ themselves with the minimum sallery of 3.000 Lei (around 2.000 Lei net. Also you pay another health insurance from your Dividende also.

I own a Romanian company since many years!
Yes there is 1% tax and 8% tax for dividend payouts. In total 9% = But I have all the money on my private account to spend.
100k profit means 91k on my private account to spend.
Who cares about 600eur minimum salary of an employee that benefits my company and works full time, it's nothing compared to any other country! Social contribution fees I don't pay as I am not a resident of Romania, but anyway it's not high too.
All in all its the lowest tax in the EU from all European countries.
Employee wages, cost of living and tax are very low.
Find a better country where you have all those benefits in the EU, you won't!

Please make a video about czech republic. As Solopreneur/Freelancer/Self-Employed you pay only 0,08% tax up to 5000 Euro income and 3% tax up to 7500 Euro income monthly.

This totally misleading. Just tell it as it is, 8% is paid on dividends, and add approximately 45% to what an employee (costs) expects to get, then you have various additional health insurances to pay.

But all you do is point out something out of context!
I am sure you don't own a Romanian company. You are an employee.
For a low earner like you, who wants everything for free, you struggle at any point in life.

Can you tell us if there is a tax or witholding on dividends paid by mciro enterprises to foreigners?

5% dividend tax, 45% on min wage which is about 500 eur. It's the cheapest of any country in EU.
