Those first two escapes where you push the elbow and sit up look like they wouldn’t work but they really do. I have pulled off both of those in sparring. Very simple but effective techniques. Thanks for sharing.
They do look a little too simple, but they work really well. I started using this type of escape after watching Marcelo and Dean Lister use them effectively
Thank you so much! Those concepts for using the arms when the opponent first drops their hip were a missing piece of the puzzle for me and my side control defense! The knee bar was just icing on the cake :)
Great as always. Anyone with me on heelhook defence? In my opinion it is the worst submission to get caught with, I want to get a good defence against it
@@KnightJiuJitsu I went to a seminar of his a few months back because that's the sponsor of our gym. If you're ever in Rochester, NY for whatever reason, swing by. We'd love to have you and your knowledge here. I hope it goes without saying, but I fucking love your channel! Thanks for helping us new folks out.
I am impressed that Not one strand out of master knights hair came out of place after that violent roll.
Hahaha. I appreciate that.
"Corrupt his structure" = gold.
Underatted channel.....love u sir

I’ve put a ton of work into my bottom side escape system. Both by necessity and intention. Thank you for the kind comment.
You impress me each time with your technic 👌
Thanl you Sensei for this new hand sweep
Awesome! As always, thanks Knight Jiu-Jitsu!!!
And thank you too!
Simply beautifull, thumbs up.
Cool move, Eli!!
Great stuff as always!
Thank you!
This is wicked
That was a great video. Thanks
Nice work!
Great video as always! Someday the hemispheres of my brain will talk effectively enough to actually do it myself, hopefully.
It’s all time and reps, my friend 🙌
Brilliant. Thanks.
That is a nice escape and reversal!
It’s so powerful, both in leverage and connection options!
Too good
You had me at funk roll
I love funk rolls!
that is some space age shit right there, never even seen a couple of those moves before.
These are great but a bit too fast but i watched it over 3 times and i got it 👍
That’s partly why I make them fast 😉
And thank you for watching it. I really appreciate it.
Quick Q: When you're doing the kneebar can the opponent not reach for your neck and choke or pull you back?
I was in similar position from halph g, I went for a toehold, he didnt tap so I let it go. Think I could do some damage though lol
Super 🖒👍👌🖒
Thank you very Good master osu

Get Garry Tonon’s Exiting the System. Probably the best escape instructional out there right now.
Noted, gonna check it out
couldn't you pull something similar from half-guard top?
Yes. That’s essentially what’s happening at the end of the reversal is that you wind up in half guard top and there is the opportunity to use this
First for the first time
Show off lol
Was this in your side control escape seminar?
The knee bar wasn’t but the sequence preceding it was in more detail
@@KnightJiuJitsu I will have to go back and add it to my notes! Thank you very much for everything you do for us.
This is some Gokor Chivichyan type of shit here. Great move
Pretty sure that’s the first place I ever learned this leglock years ago from a Gokor student.
