Hello my 94 c4 runs pretty good but everytime I drive it it will stall while driving. Try starting every 5 min or so and seems to eventually go. Once it starts again it won’t stall again on that drive again. Next day it starts well and 10-15 min into the drive it will stall again but just the one time then finishes the drive with no problem. I changed the fuel motor in the gas tank as I thought that might be the issue but it’s not. What do you think? Anything helps me. Thanks again.
I believe I remember noticing that you didn’t have the requirement of sharing in the rules of the contest. I’m not sure you’d be able to track who did share on Instagram and on TH-cam, but to make that of the rules would’ve giving you a much better percentage of shares to views.

What were the symptoms of a bad EGR valve? I also have a 93 Vette, going through the car recently, replacing everything. I get a Check engine light that comes and goes, but it doesn't stay on long enough for it to be checked.
There's plenty of C4 lovers out there... I don't think the subscription issue is due to lack of that. I have heard other content creators complain about how TH-cam promotes videos. That honestly is probably your biggest hurdl and according to many they are not fair about it. That's a shame. Anyways, keep it up man! There are those of us that like your videos.

Great video and very informative 👍🏻... I have 95 c4 corvette has rough idel and makes a pinging popping sound... I have changed 02 SENSORS, EGR, TPS, IAC, MAP SENSOR and the sensor that screws into the front of the waterpump... but it still runs the same.... any ideas? Please don't say it's the Optispark... Lol
One answer for you... I among most other people, would not share a post/ youtube video if it is part of a contest unless it is the requirement for entering the drawing. The thought process is “my chances will be higher if less people enter the contest” don’t you agree? You should be making a post here on instagram that requires people to tag three friends in the post and follow your instagram page and sub on yt to enter, the yt video alone and the ig follow is useless if the only requirement is to follow your ig and sub on yt.. just saying that would help you & probably wont cost as much as you think it will. Also, a three month givaway isnt something that people want to wait for & theyll forget about. You should have made it shorter.

Whats up man, C4 owner here. I love this car to death. Sadly, I failed smog and prob need to replace the EGR valve. Can you tell me what size wrench you used? Also, does the car run any different w/ the new EGR v?
As a GM parts guy most of the parts will not say GM in them. That is a genuine ACDelco box and if there is a GM part number on it, then it is likely genuine, but the actual parts are hardly even made by GM themselves and don't always carry the logo. AC Delco as a supplier of GM parts also makes their own line of GM parts that are slightly cheaper and usually close in quality.
Thanks for the info. The actual valve had the GM part number laser etched on it with "Made in China" on the side. The etching looked flimsy. Maybe that's what we get now for OEM replacements now 😊

I have a 1999 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4. Very rare. Been I secured room with 24 hour security. For 3 years so far. One day it will be a million dollar barn find.
What symptoms did your car have? I have a 94 polo coupe and the Service Engine light comes on occassionally. It stutters or hesitates at times but when you hit it at WOT it cleans up and the light goes away. All my gauges read fine and the car runs fine besides this . Maybe my EGR has issues or carbon build up in the throttle body maybe. Thanks in advance, Mike
Building a TH-cam channel is/ can be a slow process. Just keep up with the information flow as you have been. You haven't been adding all of the flash and hoohaw others do. So it's going to be hard to compete with them. Your providing honest, no frills videos. Keep up the good work...

If it does come down to getting a cheaper vehicle hope it all works out though you should definitely pick up a 94 to 01 ram 2500 with the 8l v10 that would be sick especially because you don’t live in the rust belt so most of them are still good down south
You should look into a 1999-2004 mustang gt or a 1998-2002 firebird trans am you can pick them up for 2500-3500! Hope you reach 10k subs by may though!

If you watch the previous video (the inspection video), the check engine light came on and we scanned the PCM and EGR code came up.

No symptoms at all. Just an occasional check engine light. The valve was bad for sure.
The EGR is one system that works on my C4 (for now) but then again its a GM car from the nineties so it may need help soon

How can you tell if the old egr valve is bad without removing it?
You can't.
@@LimitedEditionMotorcars well if the valve is bad it has to effect the car in some way. Could a bad egr valve cause the exhaust to clog up?
In the time it took you to type up all these questions, you could have removed it and tested it.

Well, it's not over yet. We still have till May. The GTO's are not cheap. They fetch some decent money, even beat up ones. Let's see what happens in May and we go from there. I think a Mustang or a nice Panther would be ideal since C4 was not popular with the kids lol
